This model consists of four parts: transmission mechanism, horizontal cylinder, plow blade, and flying blade. The material undergoes convective motion along the cylinder wall under the action of the plow blade. When the material flows through the flying blade, it is scattered by the high-speed rotating flying blade, thus achieving uniform mixing in a short period of time. Can meet most solid-liquid mixing and composite processes such as wet granulation and drying.

Working principle of plow blade powder mixer
The plow blade powder mixer is driven by the main shaft reducer to move the plow blade assembly shaft. Part of the material moves radially along the circumference of the cylinder, while the material is thrown out in the normal direction on both sides of the plow blade. The other part of the thrown material passes through the flying blade assembly and is sheared and stirred by the high-speed rotating flying blade. It is also suitable for mixing viscous, thick, block solid solid (powder to powder), solid slurry (powder to slurry) materials or materials with large density differences.

3. Plowing blade assembly shaft: Plowing blades are arranged according to their volume size, installed on the main shaft, and mix materials in circular motion inside the cylinder.
